- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We won't be going here again. If you have options I would recommend going elsewhere. My wife had a MRI with contrast done here and she asked them specifically, when confirming her appointment, if they had gotten the proper approval from our insurance. She was told that they had, but when the claim form came from the insurance it had been denied. The explanation was that the procedure was experimental and had not been approved. They wouldn't work with us at all and just wanted their money and threatened to send it to collections. I believe they knew from the get go that it was not approved and just wanted to get another body through the door for a payday. If it was possible to give O stars I would. Edit: I forgot to mention this was a very expensive procedure, they should have been honest and let us know that it wasn't approved before putting us through the financial burden.August 25, 2017by Todd Parrott
