  We have had very good experience working with Mitchell at Solid Ground Insurance. He is always very thorough, carefully explains your options, and has worked to ensure that we get the lowest rates on home and auto insurance. He also worked hard to find an insurance company which would cover our home, which had a special condition which most providers would not insure. We also were recently involved in an accident and had to work with another person’s insurance company to reach a settlement. We contacted Mitchell due to some difficulties that came up, and he was willing to spend substantial time talking to us and to the other insurance company about the situation, and to do everything he could to help us reach a reasonable settlement with the other insurance company. This was quite above and beyond what we expected, and much above what his duties entailed. Mitchell takes serious interest in making sure he does what is right for his clients, and is willing to go well beyond the requirements of his job to help his customers. He is most strongly recommended as an insurance agent.
