  Appointment staff is rude over the phone, and when trying to make an appointment in person, I wasn't told that Tara was going to be out of town on the day I was wanting to schedule an appointment. After going back and forth with the gal she FINALLY told me that Tara wouldn't be in town on the day I requested, and when I requested another day, I was told Tara would be gone all week. Needless to say I was quite unhappy with the lack of information being given without a lengthy process! Then today I get a letter from them stating that they are ceasing their services for me because of patient incompatibility! Really! Get better communication skills and people wouldn't get upset when you try and make a simple appointment! Getting ahold of Tara or her staff is like pulling teeth anyway, you play phone tag some times for 3 days before you actually get ahold of her staff. Glad I won't have to deal with them anymore!

  I have been seeing Miranda Kliment for years at Fallbrook Family Health Center. She is the best of the best. She takes the time to talk over all my questions and concerns, while providing great resources and alternative treatment options. She is patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Having Miranda as my physician is like going to see a friend. Thank you Miranda and thank you Fallbrook Family Health for your continued excellence!
