  The nurse and doctor were absolutely wonderful, but the receptionist seems unwilling to communicate with patients! Upon walking in I was asked to take a seat because there were people before me, then was ignored for 30+ minutes before the receptionist even acknowledged us again or even asked for our names. Last time, I was asked to sit down before being allowed to check in, which caused confusion in the waiting room as far as who was 'next', and multiple other walk in patients were seen before my daughter. The only reason that we continue to return is because of the kind, compassionate, thorough care we receive from the nurse and doctor here! My daughter absolutely loved the care she received!

  Waited for a little less than an hour on Sunday afternoon because there was only one nurse practitioner on staff. All of the staff were very nice. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and did not rush. I was prescribed the right medication and payment was no hassle at all. I'll go back if I need to!

  Dont waste your time and money there. I went in there on Sunday and waited for over an hour.. they withdrew some blood just to make sure I don't have infection. They called me back on Monday and told me that the lab result was normal..I did not have infection. I ended going to the ER in the afternoon and the result was I have kidney infection.. the people at express care don't have enough experience and don't know what to do
