- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The experience I have had has been good so far. I love that they connect to remind you in multiple ways when you have an appointment (phone, email, text) but also let you limit the ways if you don't need those reminders. They emailed me the new patient form so I could get it filled out at home before hand, very nice. Good cleaning and medical service so far and very friendly with a nice and relaxing environment. I am comfortable with my teeth in their hands. I had some issues with the billing side and understanding procedure costs but they worked hard and fast with me on it. It's not a matter of if there are problems for me with a business/product/service, it is how a place handles them and works with me.
