- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪All they care about is money, never seen the same vet, when I called for advice they told me the vet I "always" see wasn't available to answer any questions! Ugh I was confused because I never seen the same vet ever. I was told I would receive a phone call back and they confirmed my phone number...this was a month ago and I still haven't had a return phone call. They also tried telling me they couldn't give me a prescription over the phone without seeing my pet because it's been more than a year since he was seen...hmm interesting considering my pet just turned 1 year old annnnd we were seen there this year...the staff never know what they are talking about, one person tells you one thing and then another tells you the complete opposite, prices are ridiculous, and their empathy is fake made up stories.September 20, 2017by Stacy Saddlemire
